HISTORY
• Vampires were first portrayed as weird, scary creatures and in film were
used to create fear with the audience.
• Overtime the myth was built up. This included ays to kill a vampire or ways
the vampire works.
• Recently, There are two types of vampire films.

First, in films like twilight, all of the myths have disappeared and now modern
vampires in film don’t kill people or seem to have a scary affect.
•
Other films like Underworld aren’t aimed to scary the audience but are just action films
with a lot of gore.
