Adult League Team Registration Instructions for
Players Affiliated With a Team
Players on Teams must follow these steps to complete the 2017 Summer Registration.
***Please note these steps must be completed regardless of whether or not you have to make a payment.
Please ensure your captain has your full name and email address so they can add you to their team.
1. If you are a new player with the Oakville Soccer Club (never registered in the Adult League before),
please visit the Pine Glen Soccer Centre at 1520 Pine Glen Road in Oakville with photo ID to create an
account.
2. Returning players can log into their account by clicking here or by clicking the ‘Register Now’ button in
the top right corner of OSC's webpage. If you need assistance accessing your account, please click the
'forgot password' link, or call 905-849-4436 ext. 4440 for assistance.
Players must have a valid account in order to be rostered to a team. Please ensure this is completed in
a timely fashion so your captain is able to roster accordingly.
3. Once you have logged into your account, verify that all of your personal information is correct, then
proceed by clicking 'next step' to proceed to the 'Involvement' page.
4. Once you have been rostered to a team by your captain you will see your team and league name on this
page along with the amount your captain has assigned to you (if applicable). Click 'next step' to proceed.
5. Review the waivers on this page and click the checkbox that indicates 'I have read and agree to all of the
waivers listed above' and click 'accept' to proceed.
PLEASE NOTE: This step must be completed by all players. Until the waivers have been accepted you
will not be rostered to a team and will not be permitted to play. Also if you are not making a payment
you’re now finished the registration process.
6. Payment - if your captain has paid the full team fee, this step will not apply to you unless you do not
reside in the Town of Oakville in which case you must pay a $10.00 Out-of-Town fee and/or you have
outstanding fees from a previous season.
If you are required to pay your portion of the team fee, this amount will be in your cart, along with any
applicable Out-of-Town fees and/or outstanding fees from a previous season. Enter your credit or visa
debit card information to complete the payment. If you wish you pay cash, please visit the Pine Glen
Soccer Centre once the above steps have been completed.
7. Once the waivers have been accepted and your payment is complete (if applicable) your registration is
complete and you are now rostered to your team. Please note that all fees must be paid by February 26,
2017 and that the deadline for player registration is week 6.
