They should assemble in the restaurant to be
registered on the morning of their trip.
They will be leaving the centre at Aberdovey at
1.00pm and should be back at the Academy
5.00pm – 5.30pm. Please make sure they can get
home safely as there will be no school bus!
Any medicines (inhalers, epipens,
tablets etc.) should be handed in to staff
straight away on the morning before
registering unless you are happy for your
child to keep it on them and administer it
themselves.
We would prefer to have it and know what is
needs to be done in case of an emergency.
• We would recommend that students DO NOT
bring anything valuable (e.g. watches , jewellery,
mobile phones/ipods).
• The Academy cannot be responsible for personal items
that are lost or damaged.
• There is a very weak phone signal and no wifi so
students are unlikely to be able to make phone
calls anyway.
If you need to contact your child in an emergency:
• Aberdovey centre phone number is in the pre-course
information pack: 01654 767464
•We will have an Academy mobile phone with us which
we will give you the number of in the pre-course
information pack.
