The next WPS Farm Show is fast approaching. It will be held March 28-30, 2017, at the EAA
Grounds in Oshkosh, Wisconsin.
The enclosed exhibitor’s kit contains all your registration materials and show guidelines; please
review these, as they may answer some basic questions.
Please complete and return all necessary forms, including your exhibitor’s contract and
payment, by January 6, 2017. Your space will be offered to those on our waiting list if we do
not receive your exhibitor’s contract and payment by then.
Be aware that you will not be able to set up at the show until we have a certificate of insurance,
covering the show dates, on file for your company.

Important Dates and Phone Numbers
Jan. 6, 2017
Deadline for registration to guarantee space for previous
exhibitors.
March 13, 2017
Grounds open for equipment staging, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Call Rob
Juneau at 866-920-3276 before delivering.
March 20, 2017
Tractors and forklifts will be available for unloading. Outside
exhibitor setup begins.
March 24 and 27, 2017
Exhibit setup 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. A detailed setup schedule will be
included in your confirmation packet.
All exhibits must be in place by 8 p.m. on Monday, March 27. No
unloading will be allowed after 6 p.m. Contact Rob Juneau at 866-9203276 for special setup requests or concerns.

Any exhibitor dismantling their booth before 3 p.m. on Thursday,

 WPS is not liable for any damage in a booth.
 Any booth containing fuel must possess a fire extinguisher.

respect to responsibilities under this agreement.

Hangars A, B, C, D and the Exhibitor Tent.
