AN INTRODUCTION TO THE UNIVERSITY OF SUBWAY™
This is a step-by-step guide to the University of Subway™ courses. This guide will show you how to log in to the
University of Subway™ and begin the set courses.

How do I login in to the University of Subway™?
1. Open a browser window on the computer (i.e. Internet Explorer) and in the address bar type www.subway.com

Scroll down the web page and on the right hand side click on the link labelled “ Subway Partners – it looks like this:
3. Enter your user name and password at the prompt:
4. You will now see the Main page Subway Partners Website. Click on the Training tab and chose the University of
SUBWAY® option.
5. You should now see the home page of your University of Subway™ account. It will look like this:
How do I access my set courses?
1. On the right hand side you will see a list of automatically assigned courses for you to complete
2. Next click on register button next to the Sandwich Artist® Pro and register for the selected path
3. Scroll down the page, and at the bottom of the section, press the complete registration button
4. On the Create Order Page scroll down and press complete
How do I complete the set courses?
1. Firstly click on the My learning Tab at the top of your page
2. Click LAUNCH on the course that you would like to complete. This will bring up an introduction page to the
course and the course will play.
3. Now the course will begin. It will play like a slide show. You will be able to read and listen to the content.
4. You can pause the course at any point, proceed to the next section or go back a step by using the icons at the
bottom of the screen.
5. At the end of a course you will take a test. In order to pass the course, you must get at least 80% in the test.
6. The courses that you have finished on the Sandwich Artist® Certification Courses will be marked as complete
once achieved a mark of over 80%.
Please remember to allow pop ups or else the course wont run
What do I do if I have any difficulty?
Firstly run the systems check (section 2 of the home screen)
