How to use SBR Health with a Smartphone or Tablet
Tips for Your Virtual Visit:
1. Please avoid answering any calls, texts or touching the home screen button, during your visit because it will end the
videoconference.
2. Please have a stand or steady object to prop up your device so you are not holding it during your visit.
3. Consider using headphones with a microphone, if you own a pair, to enhance the audio quality of the visit.
4. Secure a stable internet connection (LTE is preferred, but Wifi can also work well) and private location for your visit.
4. Check your internet connection. LTE is preferred.
1. From the App
Store or Google
Play Store,
search for, and
install “SBR
Health”.
2. Once installed,
reboot your
device. Once it
has restarted,
click on the
Virtual Visit icon
to open the
application.
5. Click “Make Appointment” to enter the Virtual Visit
Waiting Room at least 10 minutes before your
scheduled appointment time.
6. Avoid clicking on the “Leave Waiting Room” button. Wait
here and the visit will start automatically when your
provider is ready.

3. Enter the Hostname
(sbrhealth.partners.org),
your Username and
Password in the correct
fields. Your Username
and Password can be
found in the setup email.
Click “Patient Login” to
complete the login.
7. Once you are in the call
with your provider, you will
be able to see yourself, as
well as your provider, as
shown here.
