This will be the 39th time the game has been played before the pro draft. Over 30 players from last year were drafted in the MLB draft. Enclosed you will find a Parent Consent Form, Acceptance Form and Player Information Form. The Player Information Form (can be submitted electronically via the “FORMS” tab on our website) should be typed or printed and will be placed in the Scout Packet for MLB/College scouts which you should complete and mail/fax/electronic submit immediately to the FACA Office in Tallahassee. Your coach may have already sent this form in, check with him. All forms must be returned to this office immediately. If your parents or coach need a room (their expense), see the list of participating hotels on the bottom of the banquet form. Be sure you tell them you are with the FACA All-Star Baseball Games. Congratulations on your selection to the 39th Annual FACA All-Star Baseball Team! See you in Lakeland on May 28th! Sincerely, Shelton Crews Executive Director P.O.
