Product features
●This is the latest product of ultra-small size and powerful FULL HD driving video
recorder.
●140° A+ level high resolution extra wide angle lens with high quality and high
dynamic photosensitive element. It improves the night vision capability to catch the
clear pictures in the dark environment. It also supports anti-shock function to
prevent the pictures dimming from shaking.
●Our company original and breakthrough packing collision detection function. When
your car is vibrated by external vibration under the parking situation, it will
automatically start and recording one minute and then automatically turn off. After
the product turn off, it won’t consume the electricity, so the battery can be used
longer.
●We pioneered to combine the GPS in 3M holder, it makes the product easier to
install and GPS received signal faster and more stable. It also can keep track of the
situation, time, direction, speed and position coordinate information (optional).
●Automatically postpone turning off the screen.
●Built-in 3G-SENSOR function. It can automatically detect the three-dimensional
gravity change of X axis, Y axis and Z axis.
●This product provides the AP player software which supports to display the driving
information including driving coordinates and gravity sensing on the electronic map,
and you can clearly check all the route record with the video file on computers. It

●With emergency lock file function, it can automatically detect the abnormal
situations and lock the file immediately by the 3G-SENSOR function. It also provides

Notice
●Please do not use or place this product in the dusty, dirty or sandy areas, or the
components will be damaged.
●Storage temperature: -20℃ to 80℃.
●Please do not drop or strike the product, because the violent vibration may damage
internal components.
●Please charge the battery fully before the first use.
●Please tear off the lens protective film before the first use to ensure clear shooting
effect.
●Please keep the lens clean and clear, do not use foreign objects, oils, or cleaners to clean
the lens. If necessary use a certified microfiber cloth to clean the lens without scratching.
●GPS will lose signal by the obstruction of environment (such as high-rise apartment
building, tunnels, underpass or woods etc.) and bad weather, when leave the
obstruction will re-positioning. If power on the device after power off for a long time,
GPS positioning will take more time to search the satellite signals. While driving will
affect and take more time to GPS positioning, we suggest to park and wait for GPS
positioning. (Success to positioning, the screen will display the GPS icon and flick)
●This product provide the AP play software for free; the electronic map of software
connect to the free maps via internet, so please make sure the computer connect to
the internet before using the software; By the way, the Google earth 3D stereo
streetscape only support KML file, so the video files need to be exported to the KML
file, will cause some error of coordinate, it is normal.
●When using for the first time, please format the SD card at first after turning on the
machine to ensure normal use of it.
●Please choose proper Micro SD/SDHC card (at least 4GB, and Class 6 above is
recommended).
●It is applicable to windows 7/Windows XP/Windows Vista.
●Before using the camera, please test whether the operation is normal.
●Because the battery is the principle of using a chemical reaction, so as the time
increase will reduce the battery life even if it is stored for a long time without using.
If the use range of situation and the ambient temperature is not proper, also will
reduce battery life or damage products, and it will not be covered under warranty.

Installation
Please properly install and use according to the following diagram, because improper
operation may damage the machine.
Note: Please tear the protective film of the bracket seat, and paste the machine on
car windshields.
Remove the CAR DVR
When you need to remove the car DVR, you can separate the car DVR from bracket
seat.

Start using this product
Battery charging
Before the first use, please choose one of the following three ways for charging this
machine.
1. Charge by travel charger
2. Charge by computer USB cable
3. Charge on the car through car charger
When the camera connect with the vehicle power or the travel charger and start
charging will automatically power on and record. To save the charging time, it is
recommended to press the power button to shut down, and the red charging
indicator will illuminate during charging and the red indicator will darken
automatically after completion. The charging process will last for about 180 minutes.
Insert Micro SD card
Insert the Micro SD card straight into the card slot in the indicated direction until
hear a click.
Remove the card: Push the card in, and the card will bounces out.

Power on and power off
Power on: Press the power button to power on, and the blue indicator light will
illuminate, then press the POWER button to start/stop record, and the blue indicator
will flick when the camera is recording.
Power off: Press the power button for three seconds to power off the camera, and
the blue light will go off.
Attention: The product will show a
prompt and automatically shut
down when the power level
becomes too low.

Video recording method and video recording option setting
After inserting the SD card, please press the Power key to turn on the camera, and
then press video key (power key) to record.
When the machine is connected to the car power inverter, the camera will
automatically start recording. You can press the video key to stop, and then press it
again to restart recording during the video recording.
1. While recording, pressing the OK button to record and fast shooting.
2. Under the video mode, pressing the UP button will turn off the display screen and
enter power-saving mode.
3. While recording, pressing the DOWN button to pause recording.
4. Under the video mode, pressing the RIGHT button will zoom in.
5. Under the video recording mode, pressing the LEFT button will zoom out.
Operation mode of manually emergency save
While recording, pressing the emergency button will immediately store the video file
being recorded. The video for 60 seconds before and after pressing the button will
be captured and stored, and will not be deleted. One third of the device’s memory
will be set aside for this function, when it indicates full, use the custom media player
through your computer to unlock and delete the video.

Mute function
While recording, pressing the MODE button will turn off/on the camera’s
microphone. If turn on the microphone and the screen will display this icon;
If turn off the microphone and the screen will display this icon.
Application of 3G G-sensor function
In system settings, the G-sensor can be set to ON or OFF; When choosing on, the
screen will display this icon
:
1. When an emergency event is sensed (violent shake or abrupt breaking) on the
screen will appear the following icon, which indicates that the file will be
saved .The video file being recorded will be stored and will not be recorded over.
2. When playing with AP player, gravity change of the moving X axis, Y axis and Z axis
can be displayed simultaneously.
Application of GPS function
When connected with the external GPS unit, GPS can be set to ON or OFF in the
system settings. When choosing ON, the icon GPS will appear on the screen.
When the signal of GPS is connected fully, the GPS icon will flicker, ensuring that
your location and speed are being recorded.
Real-time monitoring function application
The camera can be used in a variety of places as monitoring equipment, real-time
monitoring of video and provide effective real image data .Operation is simple and
convenient, eliminating the annoying lock wiring project, connected to the charger
and then enter the boot video monitoring status automatically;
1. Motion Detection function
Open the motion detection function, when the object motion in front of the
device, will automatically record for 1 minute and automatically power off.
It will save more memory capacity.
2. Parking collision detection function
Open the collision detection function, when car is vibrated by external will wake
up this product; this product will automatically power on and record for 1 minute
and automatically power off to save electricity.

Playback file management
Press MODE button to enter the playback mode, and the files are divided into the
following 3 types.
1. Event file: all protected files are stored in this file folder.
2. Video file:all non-protected files are stored in this file folder.
3. Photo file:all photo files are stored in this file folder.
Press the UP/DOWN key to select the file that you want to playback, and press the
OK button.

2. Press left/right key to fast rewind and fast forward the video file.

Usage mode of AP player
Brief introduction
This is special computer end play software which is developed by our company for
using with our high definition driving recorder.
System requirements
CPU: At least Pentium 4 3.0G, and dual-core or multi-core CPU is recommended;
Screen: Support resolution of 1280*1024
RAM: At least 1 GB
OS: Support Windows XP, Windows Vista (32/64) & Windows 7 (32/64);
Audio: Audio device needs to be installed correctly in the system;
Software installation
Step 1: Open the attached CD, please copy the CANSONIC Player folder to the local
hard drive *: \
Note：If the Cansonic Player folder were not copied to the local hard drive, it
wouldn't operate normally.
Step 2: Run the CANSONIC Player.exe (no need to install, just execute it directly). If
it’s performed in Windows Vista or Windows 7, it need to have the system
administrator right, and then it can work normally.
Note: The system of the computer need to install Windows Media Player and
Quicktime Play software,after the software installation is completed, and then run
the SETUP.BAT in the CANSONIC Player folder to support CANSONIC Player for video
playback.

Function key description:
KML (3D stereo streetscape) function instruction
Please make sure your computer's network functions can be used normally and the
computer is properly installed GoogleEarth software before using KML function.
1. Open CANSONIC player.
2. Select the video files you want to export KML, and click the KML icon in the lower
right corner of the player, and then the system will pop up a dialog box.
Please select the path which you want to save the KML file, and the system will pop
up a dialog box once again, and select the movie section you need to export or select
all the output, and then click the "output KML " in the lower-right corner of the
dialog box.
3. Open the Google Earth software, and choose file - open, and then the system will
pop up the dialog box to choose KML file. Please find the KML file you just select,
select and click "Open" in the lower right corner of the dialog box.
4. Wait a moment, Google Earth software will show a car DVR recording file of GPS
Driving locus documents.

1. Video
Click the video in video area to play , then click the play button to watch the
corresponding video in the video play area; if the computer is connected to the
Internet, corresponding track can be displayed in electronic map area (on condition
that corresponding GPS longitude and latitude has been recorded); if the G-Sensor
value is recorded in this machine, the curve of gravity change of 3 axes will be
displayed in G-Sensor area, so as to detect the driving stability and see whether
there is crash or hard braking, etc. (underway).
2. Photo
Click the photo in photo area to play the photo will be displayed in picture play area;
if the computer is connected to the Internet, shooting location of the photo can be
displayed in electronic map area.

Connect to the computer
Connect USB cable to the computer, the machine automatically boot into the option
to connect interface:
MSDC: Data Management Interface. PC CAM: Network Camera Interface.
Work: work with a USB-power interface
Download shooting and photo data
1. Choose MSDC and enter the system to install automatically; when successfully
installed, the computer will recognize the removable disk automatically.
2. Browse and manage files by computer.
Web camera application (optional)
1. After connecting USB cable to the computer, the computer will recognize the
USB video equipment automatically.
2. Open the USB video equipment to use the web camera function.
Reset system
Note: When crash occurs due to improper operation, press the Reset button to reset
the product, and it will start automatically and return to normal.
