Ned Homfeld - is the founder of Spirit Airlines. Spirit Airlines
started as a charter service in 1980 under the name of Charter
One, which evolved into Spirit Airlines. Under Mr. Homfeld's
watch, Spirit grew from a small niche charter operator to a major
Eastern seaboard, low-cost, scheduled carrier. Mr. Homfeld is
Chairman of the Board and currently sits on several aviation and
corporate boards. Always the entrepreneur, when working with
Ms. Bower he saw what a great program this would be to
restaurant entrepreneurs, so ECM Funding, LLC was founded.
Sandra Bower- started her career in the restaurant business and
has over 17 year history as a successful business woman in the
credit card processing industry. Her desire to bring integrity to
