Within this End-of-project Fellowship Report, we kindly ask you to provide a summary (around 2
pages) covering the full duration of the RESPIRE2 fellowship, including the period since the last
interim report. This should cover scientific achievements/results arising from the fellowship
research project and plans for their dissemination, ethical requirements, support given to the
fellow in terms of career development as well as any other scientific/administrative support
provided by the Host. Please also comment on whether you were satisfied with the RESPIRE2
fellowship and provide any additional comments.

Through this report, the Host Supervisor on behalf of the Host centre also confirms the following:
☐ I will continue to comply with ERS/EU regulations, as set out in the 2013 Performance
Obligations & Regulations, with regard to the post-fellowship phase. I remain available for
any follow-up questionnaire from ERS/EU, notably two and five years after the end of
RESPIRE2.
☐ There was no double funding as defined in section E.ii of 2013 Performance Obligations
Regulations, during the time of the fellowship.
☐ The research was delivered in compliance with all fundamental ethical standards and
principles at EU level, including PF7, and national level legislation/guidelines, as per section
F of the 2013 Performance Obligations & Regulations. Copies of approvals have been
forwarded to ERS.
☐ Please confirm the type of Host Centre for EU reporting [please select from EU list below]:
Research centre; University&Higher Education; Enterprise; SMEs; or Other.
☐ The fellow has received either directly or via the Host, the FULL RESPIRE2 grant (€64’600 per
fellow-year x 2 years, including travel & mobility), as per section E of the 2013 Performance
Obligations & Regulations. The fellow had direct access to the travel & mobility allowance.
IMPORTANT: For Marie Curie fellows receiving the grant via the Host, please send the
additional letter confirmation along with the fellow (see dedicated template).
☐ The Host centre has provided the contribution towards research costs (corresponding
equivalent amount from total of €20,000 per fellow-year x 2 years), as per section C of the
2013 Performance Obligations & Regulations.

☐ The Host Centre remains available to be contacted by the ERS up to 5 years from the end
of RESPIRE2 (i.e. June 2023), with any requests for specific information/data that may be
deemed necessary, particularly if so requested by the EU. It will keep and provide at short
notice, if requested by the EU, related documents (e.g. originals of contracts, salary
payslips, bank statements) in relation to the grant.
