It is very importance to help every community to have skills about CRM because it is very helpful not only in his or her life but also in the life of other. The training happened in different dates and three days because the students are now in school, and they are following their normal calendar of academic year 2016-2016. Within the collaboration of RRGO director and head of department of clinical psychology have agree trainings on the following dates, 25th, 26th September and 3rd October 2016. From the first day of training, the trainees were first pray God because in Rwandan community high percentage of the population includes young, adolescent , married and old people were Christian (Gatwa, 2015).It is the reason why many places we trained, we first let the trainees pray and ask God to lead the trainings. Source: 2016 5. DIFFERENT EXPECTATION THE TRAINEES EXPECTED AFTER TRAINING. For the first day of trainings, I asked the trainees the presentation and after to tell us the expectation which they will get after CRM skills trainings. The first students said’ ’It is the first time to hear this concept Community Resiliency model but after training, I expect to know, what is CRM? What is the link between CRM skills and other psychotherapeutic approach as Cognitive behavior therapy, psychoanalysis and narrative therapy? The second trainees said ‘’ I am expected to know how I can help the patient of trauma by using CRM skills?’ Last majority of them were expected what if CRM skills could even help themselves (therapist) not only the patient of trauma. The training was very amazing because we were training the people who are educated. They asked us more questions related to CRM skills. In addition, it was very good and very easier for us because they practice the skill and link the skills with Rwandan culture and their daily activities. 6.GROUP DISCUSSION AND PRESENTATION After training CRM skills, we welcome the trainees to join groups. When, they are in groups, they discussed on each skill and then they do practice. One pays role of patient and other plays role as therapist. It was very good and very amazing group presentation because they were making good introduction in order to create confidentiality with client and also they were introducing well CRM skills by showing how it is very biological and psychological important to help an individual in balance of nervous system. Moreover, I like how they were inviting different help now exercise. For examples Typing the song you like on machine decrease the rate of stress Citing the types of English alphabetic from Z and A These are different examples which were used in help now exercise. Here, Ernest Rukinga was presenting shift and stay on CRM skill. Here the trainees were very attentive to understand and to know the importance of shift and stay skill to help the patient to back in his resilience zone. 7.OUT COME FROM TRAININGS During the three days of CRM skills training, University of Rwanda students have express their emotional for what they get from community resiliency model trainings. When they were telling us what they got from training’ UWASE Roselyne was writing their deferent viewers after trainings: 1 trainees: CRM skills is very good and very importance so much because it doesn’t need high protocol of setting for helping a patient of trauma to back in his/her resilience zone. 2.Trainnes: Through CRM skills, I guess how I should achieve my goals!!!!! 3. Trainees:It is not necessary to go deep in problem of patient. Which very necessary is to get results to the problem’’ Help now skill and resource are very effective on my life. 4. Trainees: Many times I came across with a person who wanted help and I missed introduction for helping him/her. But from now, I am going to use CRM skills as good way to treat trauma, stress and other psychological problems. 5. Trainees:CRM skills touch on the life of Rwandan community because all of us we were more suffered. From now, I am going to let other know that it is possible to back in resilience. In generally, majorities of trainees were emphasized that CRM skills is more importance and very reactive to treat trauma, stress and other psychological problems in cheap cost. Beside, CRM do not need high infrastructure for curing a patient. It is only need to understand concepts and implement them. Here, the trainees were doing different exercise in help now in order to understand different exercises could be used in help mow skill. Here, the trainees were using examples of how they could introduce ways of helping other by using CRM skills. Here, the girl was claiming that she failure in class and she has to pay retaking course. So she was very stressed, depressed and hopeless. She was deciding to be prostitute in order to gain money to pay retaking course but the therapist used tracking skills and help now and the girl back in resilience zone. After backing in resilience zone, she decides how she could get money in positive way. She thanks therapist how he helped her. 8. CLOSING AND GIVING CERTIFICATE. After closing three days of CRM skills training, Rwanda resilience and grounding organization gave trainees certificate of attending CRM skills training. It was very good ceremony that the student get basic knowledge of using CRM skills in their daily activities. It was very happy and very amazing to have certificate of attending CRM skills training. 9.CONCLUSION AND SUGGESTIONS In conclusion, Rwanda resilience and grounding organization is working hard to help community to know CRM skills and how to heal trauma through CRM skills training. The big challenges we have is financial issues. From the beginning of this training even the trainees do not have water to drink, communication and transportation. The trainings materials, we have used from University of Rwanda as projector, printer but to paper for printing booklet and certificate for trainees were also problematic. We are continued to do volunteerism to help community to heal trauma through CRM skills. RRGO is requesting the funder as Trauma Resource Institute and other different funders support these activities on health to support us even a few amount of dollars could help one vulnerable mother, child and father for trauma to know CRM skills and how he /she can help himself to heal trauma and tress through CRM skills.
