and future of human spaceflight
were discussed
• Rep. Harris welcomed the
opportunity to hear from some
constituents on these issues and
was interested in gaining greater
understanding on the need for
human space exploration versus
continued robotic missions
Upcoming Activities
Region I Public Policy Colloquium
Whether a long time member or someone new to the Institute, this event will offer
unique perspectives and insights on our government, AIAA, and the growing importance
of public policy for our industry.
Topics will include AIAA Public Policy efforts, Congressional Visits Day (CVD), August is for
Aerospace (A4A), Key Issues development, and section, region, and national opportunities for
public policy engagement.
