Company Overview
The story of Verb products begins with Birds Barbershop. The co-founders Michael
Portman and Jayson Rappaport went out searching for an affordable, high quality
line to carry, but couldn't find one, especially if it was to be paraben and sulfate-free.
So using Birds Barbershop as their lab, Michael and Jayson brought the same no
frills approach to creating their unisex hair product, Verb.
Product Overview
Verb professional haircare products are made cruelty-free, formulated without
harmful sulfates and parabens, and contains only natural, active ingredients.
Developed by stylists in Austin, Texas their mission is simple: higher quality
ingredients and fewer harmful chemicals in professional products, at a cost that isn’t
out of reach for today’s customer.
The full Verb line, including: Hydrating Shampoo, Hydrating Conditioner,
Leave-In Mist, Sculpting Clay, Forming Fiber, Volume Spray, Styling
Cream, Sea Spray, Ghost Oil, Finishing Polish and Dry Shampoo, is a
family of smart, professional-grade haircare products.

Verb Hydrating Shampoo
Our color-safe formula keeps valuable highlights 25% longer. Sulfate, Paraben,
Gluten and Cruelty-Free, this shampoo is infused with Quinoa Protein, a newlyavailable grain extract with sealing properties to protect hair from the damage
caused by hair dryers, flat irons and the sun.
Verb Hydrating Conditioner
Our deeply enriching and restorative formula is built for tresses that have been
color-processed, exposed to the elements or are just plain dried out. Keratin is the
driving ingredient in the formula, working with Quinoa and a complex blend of 18
other Proteins to shield the hair shaft from damage caused by hair dryers, flat irons
and the sun. Washes away without leaving hair feel weighed down.
Verb Leave-In Mist
This Conditioning Detangler is the essential step between washing and styling and is
a must have for kids with truly unruly hair. This formula was created to: Moisturize,

Verb Volume Spray
This body boosting mist amplifies fine hair for a full flexible finish. This weightless

Verb Sculpting Clay
Popular looks that once took multiple products to obtain – Dapper Dans and Pixie
Cuts – are easy to get with the flexible hold and subtle shine that VERB Sculpting

Verb Forming Fiber
Forming Fiber has the strongest hold of any product in the VERB line. With a tacky,
fibrous texture, this moldable concoction – when emulsified, Forming Fiber leaves

re-work styles with wet hands, VERB Forming Fiber is perfect for women with

Verb Styling Cream
Our Styling Cream is sunscreen for your hair disguised as a basic blowout cream.
This light-weight product disappears into hair, juicing it with organic oils for
protection from heat styling tools while bamboo, green tea and sunflower seed
extracts shield against harmful UV rays. Also well suited for people who don’t like
product, but still need to tame the occasional cowlick or frizzy hair day.
Verb Ghost Oil
Our Ghost oil is a weightless blend of argan + moringa oils. It’s a vanishing daily
restorative that revitalizes and repairs the hair. The integrated blend of oils enriches
the hair shaft with essential nutrients that naturally smooth frizz and promote
radiant sine for all hair types. Work through damp hair for styling protection and dry
hair to finish the look.
Verb Finishing Polish
A little goes a long way with VERB Finishing Polish. A pea-sized amount applied to
hair tips provides flyaway control with sparkle and lightness that other finishing
polishes don’t have. While heavy oils weigh others down, VERB Finishing Polish
uses a natural concoction of sweet almond fruit, green tea and bamboo extracts,
along with organic oil to polish hair while sealing frayed and frizzy ends. Also makes
for a great cocktail product to add some shine to any look.
