One member of staff is an RQT and is involved in the SIA initiative. Another member of staff is involved in the Senior leaders programme. Another is on the mentoring programme. We will look to develop further staff as time goes on. As a school we have clear data on pupil data across a range of subject areas. 22/03/15 – Moving slowly. Marking of pupil work is much more focused. 22/03/15 – Marking has had a high profile in school. A new policy has been produced and processes adopted for marking for different classes. Staff have a clearer understanding of the importance of quality marking and this is evident through pupil work. 22/03/15 – Work sampling on a termly basis.
