Ongoing action-We need to encourage new
members for our group. We need to have a
wide range of patients from different age group
and different ethnic groups. We will be
displaying posters etc to make more patients
aware about the group which will hopefully
introduce new members.

COMPLETED. Successful day 1st October signed
up lots of new pts for the service. Patient Group
volunteer and practice secretary worked very
hard.
