Times New Roman, centered), University (in 12pt
Times New Roman, centered), Address (in 12pt
Times New Roman, centered), COUNTRY (in
Capital, 12pt Times New Roman, centered). Then
you
must
type
your
e-mail
address
[email protected] (both in 12pt Times
New Roman, centered).
The heading of each section should be printed in
small, 14pt, left justified, bold, Times New Roman.
You must use numbers 1, 2, 3, … for the sections'
numbering and not Latin numbering (I, II, III, …)
2 Problem Formulation
Please, leave two blank lines between successive
sections as here.
Mathematical Equations must be numbered as
follows: (1), (2), …, (99).
2.1 Subsection
When including a subsection you must use, for its
heading, small letters, 12pt, left justified, bold, Times
New Roman as here.
Figures and Tables should be numbered
consecutively in accordance with their appearance in
the text, as follows: Fig.1, Fig.2, … etc Table 1,
Table 2, ….etc. Each Figure or Table should have a
brief and self-explanatory title.
Fig. 1- The city of Faro is the provincial capital of
the Algarve region located at the south end of
Portugal, with a population of 60.000.
Photographs, illustrations, figures, diagrams and
maps must be integrated within the electronic file and
positioned centrally close to their text reference. If
you have original drawings or photos you must scan
them and place them in the file.
3 Problem Solution
2.1.1 Sub-subsection
When including a sub-subsection you must use, for
its heading, small letters, 11pt, left justified, bold,
Times New Roman as here.
Please ensure that every reference cited in the text is
also present in the reference list (and vice versa). Any
references cited in the abstract must be given in full.
Unpublished results and personal communications are
not recommended in the reference list, but may be
mentioned in the text.
For Web references, the full URL should be
given. Any further information, if known (author
names, dates, reference to a source publication, etc.),
should also be given. Web references can be listed
separately (e.g., after the reference list) under a
different heading if desired, or can be included in the
reference list.
All citations in the text should refer to:
1. Single author: the author's name and the year
of publication;
2. Two authors: both authors' names and the year
of publication;
3. Three or more authors: first author's name
followed by "et al." and the year of
publication.
Citations
may
be
made
directly (or
parenthetically). Groups of references should be
listed first alphabetically, then chronologically.
Examples: "as demonstrated (Allan, 1996a,
1996b, 1999; Allan and Jones, 1995). Kramer et al.
(2000) have recently shown ...."
4 Conclusion
Please, follow our instructions faithfully, otherwise
you have to resubmit your paper. This will enable us
to maintain uniformity in the conference proceedings
as well as in the post-conference book.
If your paper deviates significantly from these
specifications, our Publishing House may not be able
to include your paper in the Proceedings. The better
you look, the better we all look. Thank you for your
cooperation and contribution. We are looking forward
to seeing you at the Conference.
