Let’s Play Artist Alley Agreement
CONTRACT
This document expresses the rules for the Artist Alley at the Let’s Play 2017 event (Here on
referred to as “Let’s Play”) . By purchasing a space, you (the Artist) agree to follow these rules
as stated below.
Space and Price
The price for artists is $50. This includes 1 _____table, _____ chairs, and 1 badge. Additional
badges may be made available upon request for $15/ person for artist alley booth staff. Artists
may not resell their space unless the Let’s Play has approved it. Badges are non-transferrable.
Cancellations given with less than 30 days notice will not receive a refund. All cancellations
must be received in writing. Refunds may take 15 days to process.
Payments
Payments must be check or money order made to Let’s Play Events and send with signed
contract to Let’s Play 2255 Main Street Green Bay, WI 54302.
Set Up and Tear Down
Artists may begin set up at 8 AM Friday June 30. The Artist Alley opens at 2 PM and closes at 8
PM Friday, 10 AM – 8 PM Saturday, 10 AM – 3 PM Sunday. Artists must be packed up by 6
PM Sunday. Any items left behind after 6 PM become property of Let’s Play and may be
thrown away. Special requests will be processed on an individual basis.
Rules
Let’s Play may choose to limit the number of artists that exhibit at one table. Let’s Play will take
artist alley submissions until June 1st, and may approve artists as they apply. All applicants are
subject to a portfolio review. To apply please send a link to your portfolio or an e-mailed
version of your portfolio to [email protected] for review. You will be notified via email if you are accepted.
This is a family friendly event – and artists are approved accordingly.
Taxes and Licenses
The Artist will be responsible for obtaining any licenses, permits, or approvals required under
local, state, and federal laws applicable to their activities at Let’s Play. Artists will be responsible
for obtaining any tax identification numbers and paying all taxes, license fees, and any charges
that will come due to any governmental authority in connection with their activity at Let’s Play
Liability
Let’s Play LLC, The Radisson Paper Valley Hotel, nor any of their representatives will be
responsible for any injury, loss or damage that may occur to the Artists or to the Artists'
associates or property from any cause whatsoever. The Artist shall obtain, at their own expense,
adequate insurance against such injury, loss, or damage. Let’s Play shall not be liable for failure
to perform its obligations under this contract as a result of strikes, riots, acts of God, or any other
cause of any kind whatsoever not within the control of Let’s Play
