Information about the Service
The Service
We will provide you with the fastest speed
available at you exchange. This is generally
ADSL2+ (up to 20MBps) but may be ADSL (up
to 8MBps or up to 1.5MBps).
These are residential grade services. Plans speeds
are theoretical network maximum speeds. Actual
speeds may be less due to a number of factors
including network configuration, line quality &
length, exchange type, customer premises
interference, traffic and equipment.
Equipment
 A modem is provided with a 24 month
plan.
 Xbox One or PlayStation 4 Games
Console.
Data Plan Changes
You may change you data plan (e.g. from 100GB
to 250GB) once per month for free as long as it
does not also mean a change of line speed.
Other Charges
 Activation Fee 24 Month Contract: $59.
 A change of line speed (e.g. from
1.5MBps to 20MBps) will cost $35.
 A fee of $59 applies for service relocations
(e.g. when you move house).
 If a fault is lodged and a technician attends
your premises and finds the fault is in your
equipment and not in the network an
incorrect callout fee of $150 applies.
 If a modem is sent a $14.95 handling and
delivery charge applies.
 There is a $25 delivery fee for the Xbox
or PlayStation Games Console

Minimum term
24 Month Contract.
Counting Data Uploads and Downloads
Data downloads and uploads are counted.
Speed Shaping
Speed is reduced to 64k/64k for the remainder of
the billing period once the monthly allowance is
reached.
Data Renewal Date
The renewal day for your monthly data download
quota is the first day of each month.
Availability
Available to new or eligible existing credit
approved personal customers.

Early Termination Fee
24 month contract: Closure fee for cancellation
within the contract term is $37.50 multiplied by
the number of months left to run on the contract.
Billing
Your service is invoiced on the same date each
month (e.g. 15th of every month). You will be
charged your monthly Plan Fee in advance.
