Group Health Insurance
Full range of health insurance plans with cost savings usually reserved for larger companies. Businesses also get
access to a large network of quality providers through Anthem, an independent licensee of the Blue Cross and Blue
Shield Association. Premium savings of up to 4% on groups from 2-50 employees. Groups from 51-500 may be
eligible for a 1% premium savings. Business must be a NOACC Chamber Member. Per NOACC Vendor Agreement
will be available to chamber to offer as the exclusive health insurance plan. Chamber will actively promote benefit
and will receive marketing assistance per NOACC Chamber Agreement.

Group Life & Disability Insurance
Group Term Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment insurance is available to groups with one or more covered
employees. Short and Long Term Disability is available to groups with two or more covered employees. Savings from
5 to 20% for groups of 20+ employees for fully insured plans. Business must be a member of a NOACC Chamber.

Workers' Compensation Group Rating Programs
By joining a Workers’ Comp Group Rating program businesses up to 500 employees can achieve rate reductions on
Ohio BWC premiums up to the maximum discount allowed. Participating business must belong to a NOACC Chamber.
Per NOACC Vendor Agreement a portion of the administration fees paid by the business to B1G will be disbursed to
the sponsoring organizations (NOACC and Chamber.) The organizations must actively promote the benefit to receive
this disbursement. Chambers promoting B1G exclusively will receive a larger percentage of the fee.

Managed Care Organization (MCO)
UHCC is certified by the Ohio Bureau of Worker’s Compensation (BWC) to manage the care of injured workers and
speed their return-to-work. New businesses may choose UHCC as their MCO when applying for Ohio BWC coverage.
Other businesses may select UHCC during open enrollment typically during May in even years (2010-2012-2014 etc.)
Per NOACC Vendor Agreement marketing assistance will be provided to participating Chambers for open enrollment.
NOACC Chamber Shipping Program

Chamber members can achieve substantial shipping discounts with FedEx ®, as well as significant savings on freight
shipments—with the opportunity for NOACC affiliated Chambers to earn non-dues revenue. Savings from 5-27% on
small package ground, next day air, or up to 70% savings on large pallet shipments. Chambers must sign an endorsement agreement with NOACC to be eligible to earn one half of one per cent commission on all sales attributed to their
chamber. Members must establish and use an account with Partnership to get savings and earn commission.
