Participants will have an opportunity to work together to earn a chance to play for the
title “Champion!” Participants can form a team or a team will be formed
for those who do not have a team to join.

PROGRAM INFORMATION
CAPTAINS’ MEETING:
Friday, December 2, 2016 at 5:30pm held on the 2nd floor commons area at the YMCA
We will be discussing the rules and regulations that will govern our season, and how the
season will progress. Please make sure to come to the meeting to secure your teams spot
for the season. If you do not have a team, please make sure to come to the meeting so we
can get you on a team.
GAMES:




Games will be played on Friday nights
Each team is responsible for their own uniforms (same colored shirts and a number
on the back)
Wins and Losses will be recorded
Teams will be placed in a bracket and play for a championship at the end of the
season
PROGRAM COST:
Members: $40
Non-members: $70
REGISTRATION INFORMATION:
Member registration begins Aug. 1, 2016
Non-member registration begins Aug. 15, 2016

Teams are responsible for developing their own roster
Participants can not join a team without first registering
Participants will be allowed to join a team up to 2 weeks after the program starts
Each team must have at least five players to form a team
Participants must be in high school
If you do not have a team and wish to participate, you must come to the Captains’
meeting on Friday, December 2, 2016 on the second floor commons area at YMCA
at 5:30pm
