Entry Fee: $230 payable to Glendale High School. There will be no gate fee.
Eligibility: Please email your W.O.S.S.A.A. Eligibility Form and send it NO LATER than Tuesday, February 21st to
[email protected]. Please print or type players’ names as they are difficult to read from photocopies.
Entry Form: Please fill out the entry form as soon as you have won your respective conference and email to
[email protected]. Please print or type players’ names as they are difficult to read from photocopies.
Officials: Officials will be provided from the South and East sub-conferences of TVRA.
Equipment: Please bring your own warmup balls. Home teams on the schedule will be responsible for wearing “light”
uniforms and away teams “dark” uniforms. Please ensure your players bring BOTH their uniforms to avoid any issues.
Awards: Championship plaques will be awarded to the first place team in Junior and Senior. In addition, gold, silver and
bronze medals will be awarded to the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place teams in Junior and Senior.
Location in Building: The Community Gym at Glendale is the facility being used for this event. Please have your teams
use the Community entrance to access the gym throughout the day. Players are expected to either be in the gym or
offsite with coach supervision, not in the halls or other areas of Glendale. Coaches are expected to supervise their
players AT ALL TIMES and to have their players changed and ready to go 30 minutes prior to their game in an effort to
stay on schedule.
Concessions/ Memorabilia: There will be a concession area open from 9:30- 2:00 to purchase drinks and snacks;
WOSSAA souvenir t-shirts will be available for $20 each on a first come first served basis.
Notes: Parking is limited at Glendale to the Community parking lot or on the side streets. Do NOT park in the staff
parking located in front of the school. There will be a coach’s hospitality room available with coffee, water and some
light snacks. Please review all relevant WOSSAA Bylaws and Articles prior to the event.
