The Opti Time planner ensures that jobs are effectively allocated using the OptiTime system and optimises workload across the workforce, preventing target completion dates being exceeded. This includes highlighting potential operational issues due to workforce resources with the Team Leader, extending and rescheduling jobs where necessary, raising new job orders in OHMS, contacting customers with respect to service delivery issues and producing management information / statistics etc. We are looking for someone with a good working knowledge of IT packages including MS Outlook, Excel and Word. Provide administrative support to the Opti-time planning function and assist the MCCC CSOs to deliver a right first time approach. Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 in Administration, or equivalent. Main areas of work: Ensure jobs are effectively allocated using the Opti-time system. Highlight potential operational issues due to workforce resources with Team Leader. Extend and reschedule jobs where necessary. Assist in the training and support of operational staff and operatives on procedures and the use of ICT equipment. Provide input in relation to process improvement in relation to the scheduling and appointing service. Undertake administration duties supporting the team. Optimise workload across the workforce and prevent target completion dates being exceeded. Raise new job orders in OHMs. Contact customers with respect to service delivery issues.
