The competition will take place in the dive tank. The bleachers on the north side
of the tank will be pulled out for the audience.

On-line registration – had a few gliches but for the most part worked well and
certainly helps the scoring person.
Surcharge – one thing that was missed by most clubs on the Financial Summary
page was adding the $50. surcharge per swimmer. Please forward a cheque as
soon as possible – made payable to the Calgary Aquamum Masters

Registration – there will be a registration table at the south entrance at Talisman
Friday June 13th from 4:30 to 8:00. You will need entry passes to get to the pool
level so please stop at the registration table before trying to head downstairs.
Spacing Friday Evening – there will be one lane in the north pool available for
warm-up/warm-down from 5:00 – 8:30 swimming lengths only.
Please check with the club before entering the tank during their music time –
please only synchro skills, NO swimming lengths in the tank.
Locker Room – you are able to use your own locks on the lockers. There are also
key locks for $1.00. There will be hair gel stations set up as well as pails for
unused gel and for bobbie pins and head pieces. Please do not leave them on the
pool deck or in the sinks.
Food at the pool - There is a Good Earth Coffee Shop and Bakery as well as a
Jugo Juice by the main entrance to the Centre.
Results – will be posted, e-mailed to the coaches as listed on the entries, and will
be on the Synchro Canada web site. The draw for Order of Swim for the Free
Routines will be done during the lunch break, immediately after the Technical
Team event – as soon as results are available.
Alberta Clubs – as we were unable to do awards at our Provincial Competition, I
will be handing out a few of the trophies that have been reassigned. I will do this
at the break immediately after the Team Technical event while we wait for results.
Hotels – please check Information Package #2 for hotel information.
The competition price at the Holiday Inn will only be available until May 26 th.

Banquet – will be Sat. evening at the Canyon Meadows Golf & Country Club
The cost is $40. Deadline is June 7th. Please e-mail me with your numbers.
