Fiona has focussed her career around roles that maximise individual, team and

Background
With over 17 years experience working at a senior and board level across NHS organisations, Fiona has
developed a range of skills and experience and has a strong track record of delivery. She led the
development of 18 CCGs across the South Central area to ensure readiness for authorisation including
regular feedback and challenge and assurance of progress in development. She has an HR and OD
background and has led a number of complex change management programmes across organisations.
She has experience in assurance of CCGs, and in reviewing the capacity and capability of organisations
and developing and implementing OD plans to support improvement.
