TARGET VIEW – PITCHING (behind catcher and center field) 1. Bottom of screen (Figure 1 & 3) – line up so foot plant is at the bottom of the screen, should see dirt only. 2. Bottom of screen (Figure 2) – line up just outside hitters back foot. 3. Top of screen (Figure 1, 2, 3) – pitchers head should be as close to the top as possible. 4. Middle of screen – center pitcher in screen. Figure 1 (Full wind up - close view) Figure 2 (Full wind up - far view) Figure 3 (Release close view) FRONT VIEW – PITCHING (LHP 1st and RHP 3rd base sides) 1. Bottom of screen – line up so foot plant is at the bottom (should only see dirt). 3. Top of screen – pitchers head should be as close to the top as possible. 4. Left side of screen – make sure the pitchers hand is in the screen at release point (remember pitcher is traveling forward). 4.
