4 Suspects Arrested for Burglary and
Grand Theft Clearing 50 Cases
Osceola County – Osceola County Sheriff's deputies arrested Stephen Orr, Todd
Baggs, Jacek Zatyka and Candace Franko and charged them with Burglary and Grand
Theft. The investigation began in early August when deputies took numerous burglary
reports from victims renting time share properties in west 192.
On September 2, deputies were investigating a burglary and identified Orr and
Baggs as possible suspects. The vehicle they were occupying contained stolen property
matching the description of items recently stolen in burglaries in the area. They also
located a screwdriver and bold cutters in the car. Orr and Baggs cooperated with the
investigation which led to identifying Zatyka and Franko as suspects who assisted with
the crimes. They told detectives the committed more than 50 burglaries in Polk, Lake and
Osceola counties and the City of Davenport. Based on the evidence and information, all
four suspects were arrested and booked into the Osceola County Jail. The investigation is
on-going with additional charges pending.
