Family Passes: $15 each additional Family Member age 1+, $195 per family max before May 1, $210
before June1, $225 after June 1. All members on a family pass must reside at the same address. No
charge for infants under age 1 (please list as a member of household). Children under 13 must be
accompanied by an adult. Student passes are for middle/high school students age 13-18. Passes are
non-transferable and non-refundable. Photo ID must be presented at pass pick-up and may be required
at check-in.

Rules for Use



















Photo ID must be presented when picking up a pre-paid season pass and may be required at check-in
on subsequent visits. All patrons must sign in before entering the pool area. All persons entering the
pool area must have a pass.
Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult parent or guardian
Pool hours may vary due to weather or other variables. Pool closings will be posted on the Recreation
Department Facebook page @RutlandRec
Coast Guard approved flotation devices only. Children who require flotation devices must be
accompanied by an adult in the water when in the deep end.
Lifeguards reserve the right to restrict access to the deep end of the pool and may require a swim test
for patrons wishing to use the deep end.
All swimmers must take a cleansing shower before entering the pool
No cutoffs, street clothes, or unclean swimsuits are allowed in the pool
No one who has a known communicable illness will be allowed in the pool
No one with open wounds or sores will be allowed in the pool. No bandages allowed in the pool
No disposable diapers are allowed in the pool: swim diapers or cloth diapers and rubber pants only
No objects are allowed in the pool area that may in any way carry contaminants or endanger the safety
of swimmers
No glass of any kind allowed in the pool area
All food must be consumed outside of the pool area. No food inside the pool fence.
No alcoholic beverages allowed
No spitting, horseplay, running or diving allowed in the pool area
No spinning or running jumps
No walking or sitting on the wall dividing the wading pool and the main pool
No large floats. Pool staff reserve the right to limit toys, balls, floats, noodles, etc. at any time
Additional guidelines for pool use are posted in the pool area. Pool patrons must comply with all
posted signs and verbal direction of staff. Concerns with Lifeguards’ instructions should be brought to
the attention of the Recreation Department. Failure to comply with Lifeguards’ instructions will result
in removal from the pool area and possible revocation of membership. Use of the pool constitutes an
agreement to these rules.
