Festival Call for Vendors
Greetings from the Town of Buchanan,
You are invited to participate in the fourth annual Buchanan Garden Festival scheduled on Saturday, May 13,
2017. Event activities focus on garden and outdoor living vendors with complimentary all things garden
vendors. Please note, the event is held rain or shine.
This family friendly event features live music, food, kid’s activities, a Main Street sidewalk sale, and wine
garden. Also featured will be booths by Lexington Lowes Home Improvement and Rockingham Co
Op/Southern States.
Set up for the outdoor show is Saturday, May 13, 2017 beginning 8:00 am with the event open to the public
from 10:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.
Enclosed is an application for this year’s event. Registration is $25.00. You may also register on line at the
Google Docs Link. Outdoor Vendor Display Spaces consist of a twelve foot by twelve foot space. Vendors need
to provide their own canopies, tables, backdrop or other display units.
