2) The criteria for Small Scale category is as follows:
a. Manufacturer/Publisher registered with State Director of Industries/ Distt.Industries/ Distt.Industries as SSI Unit.
b. Merchant-Exporter with export turnover below Rs.25 Lacs for CAPEXIL items in both of two preceding years.
3) The criteria for Large Scale category is as follows:
a. Manufacturer/Publisher (other than SSI Unit.)
b. Merchant-Exporter with export turnover of Rs.25 Lacs or above for CAPEXIL items in either of two preceding years.
4) Registration –Cum-Membership Certificate (RCMC) may be cancelled for those members who have not paid their subscription “in full”
including Service Tax. Payment of Membership Subscription is due on 1 st April in each Financial Year. To avoid such possibility of cancellation
members may remit their membership subscription for the year 2014-2015 as early as possible. Over and above for exercising voting right and
other privileges members must pay their membership subscription by 30th April of the Financial Year.
5) The payment should be made in Demand Draft, Cheque in favour of CAPEXIL, payable at Kolkata, or through RTGS.
To facilitate easier payment of membership submission by the members, three (3) copies of pay-in-slip of HDFC Bank are attached with the
Proforma-Invoice . This is because of Capexil’s Membership Account is maintained with HDFC Bank and the member at the time of depositing
his payment may just fill in required informations and submit in any CMS branch of the HDFC Bank. The bank will immediate acknowledge the
receipt and the date of receipt as given by the bank will be treated as date of receipt by the Council.
Attached pay-in–slip may only be used for depositing the payment in any of the CMS branches of the HDFC Bank. Second pay-in-slip
denominated as “Member’s copy with Bank Acknowledgement to be sent to CAPEXIL” along with attached ‘FACT SHEET’ duly filled in may
kindly be sent for proper maintain and update your record with us.
Otherwise payment may also be sent by A/c Payee Demand Draft or At Per Cheque in favour of ‘CAPEXIL’ payable at Kolkata to the
registered office of CAPEXIL at the below address, with “FACT SHEET” for updating membership records.
