Maxwell Golf Course is pleased to present our Junior Golf Program for boys
and girls ages 6-18. Our curriculum
provides the history, etiquette, rules,
skills and competition necessary for
learning the game of golf. We are dedicated to making golf fun for young
players. Our program utilizes appropriate rules and a course setup that makes
the game enjoyable and competitive for all ages.
The game of golf
is known as a
“gentleman's
game” which
teaches kids honesty, integrity, selfconfidence, and teamwork. It is the
only game where you can call penalties
on yourself. This sense of honesty will
hopefully follow these kids in all walks
of life as they grow into young adults.
A qualified staff of high school
coaches, as well as PGA Professional,
Dave Hand, will work with your child
each week with the desire to teach your
child the love of a lifetime sport.
