FIXED PRICE PROPOSAL
The proposal will include a full fee to be paid on completion of sale and should be calculated to
include advice on AMV, arrangement of BER cert (or confirmation of exemption), full costs and
expenses in showing the property(ies) all inclusive of VAT. An advertising budget will be agreed on
appointment. The OPW reserves the right to withdraw any of the properties from market at any
time. In the event that the OPW withdraw a property, every effort will be made to substitute with a
property of similar valuation. The OPW will not incur any additional costs in these instances. In the
event that no sale is achieved after 6 months and the tender is withdrawn a "quantum meruit"
payment of not less than €500 will be paid.
