Technology Repair Cost Summary
CONDITIONS THAT APPLY TO ALL INCIDENTS
The technology repair costs and processes listed in this document apply only to devices owned by the school and on

1. Privately owned devices are to be repaired by the parent/caregiver at his/her own expense.
2. A fair go limit applies to all claims. The Principal will determine what constitutes an excess number of claims in
each case.
3. For a lost or stolen device, if no police report or statutory declaration is submitted within a reasonable period of
time after the reported loss/theft, the full replacement cost may be sought from the parent/carer.
4. All repair cost invoices are to be paid in full, or an agreed payment plan established, prior to a device being
reissued to the student.
