week and FLA who achieved
99.6%. Whole school
attendance was 98.17%.

HIGH SCHOOL PLACEMENTS
County Hall will be notifying
parents of High School
placements this week. If you do
not receive your confirmation, or
if your address has changed,
please contact Admissions at
County Hall as soon as possible.
SPORTS RELIEF
We have wrist bands on sale
for £1 each in support of
Sports Relief. These are
available from the school
office.

PARKING ON TOWERS DRIVE
A reminder to parents that
Towers Drive and roads leading
off Towers Drive should not be
used to park cars whilst using
the school site.
SCHOOL COUNCIL
The next KS2 School Council
meeting is on Friday 4th March

YEAR 6 TRIP
Year 6 will be visiting the Black
Country Museum on Wednesday
23rd March. Please send in
reply slips and voluntary
contributions.
EASTER EGG RAFFLE
We are asking for donations of
Easter Eggs for our raffle
which will take place on
Thursday 24th March. Tickets
will be available nearer the
time. Thank you for your
support.
WORLD BOOK DAY
As part of World Book Day
this Thursday, children are
invited to dress up as their
favourite book character.
There will be themed activities
in school throughout the day.

Sports Results
We would like to congratulate our Year 5/6 girls football team who recently competed against Sketchley
Hill. Player of the match was Tiaysha Whitmore.
Congratulations also to our Year 5/6 boys football team. Richmond Rhinos and Rockets have competed in the
Hinckley & Bosworth Football League, resulting in Richmond Rhinos finishing 4 th overall. The team’s next
fixture will be the quarter final Rice Bowl competition taking place this Thursday.
