The Role – Lead Strategy Consultant
Part of the leadership the Lead Strategy Consultant role is key to growing the strategy consulting business
within the commercial and social sectors and developing standard product and service offerings. Our strategy
work tends to focus on building financial resilience and on measuring ‘soft factors’ like relationships and
incorporating them into decision making. The successful individual must be passionate about and gifted in
building and strengthening relationships.
Success in this role requires skills in successfully implementing strategy and delivering small and large scale
projects. The successful candidate will collaborate with a highly committed team, leveraging individual’s
strengths by enabling, encouraging and growing “soft” assets.
You will have a demonstrated heart for the social sector and significant experience and credibility in strategy
consulting roles in the commercial and/or social sectors. A strong business and/or social sector network is a
must, as is a willingness to trade off some salary for increased investment into your social and personal causes.
