Registration
 REGISTRATION DUE THURSDAY, AUGUST 17th
 Family ID
o Only create one registration per athlete
 Log in using same username and password for all
seasons
o Make sure all medical information is accurate
o Upload physical
o Must be dated within 13 months of the start date of a
season
o Expires 13 months after the physical is dated
o Must turn in a new physical prior to expiration to be
cleared
User Fee
 UniPay
o Registration Fee is $110Pay online or by
check (made out to Hopkinton Athletics
with the sport in the memo line)
o Payment due on September 7th

ImPACT Testing
 All 9th and 11th grade students should take an
ImPACT Test before their first contest

Academic Eligibility
 Academic Eligibility
o Students can not be failing 2 or more classes or they
are ineligible
o November 1st, February 1st, April 1st, End of School
Year
o FALL ELIGIBILITY: Determined by June grades
o WINTER ELIGIBILITY: Determined by Nov. 1st
grades
o SPRING ELIGIBILITY: Determined by Feb. 1st grades
** Student-athletes can become ineligible midway
through their season based on their quarterly progress
In-School Eligibility
 Students must be present for 3 ¼ hours of
the school day to be eligible to play in a
game.
 Students absent on game day (or the day
preceding a non-school day game) are not
eligible to play in that game.
