Run Price List Report
(Generate Report in “DOLC” Company)
Description
Use this task to run the Price List report. This report displays prices including retail,
wholesale price, bottles per case, and category.
Trigger
Perform this task when there is a need to view product prices.
Prerequisites
Product prices have been updated in the system.

Procedure
1. Begin this task by logging into the portal.
2. Click
on the toolbar.

on the Vendor portal panel.

to display the search parameters to run the Price List report.

all items
Leave the Category and Price greater than
fields blank.

2. Run the report for
a specific category
Click
in the Category field and select the
desired category from the drop-down list. In
this example, select “Rum.”
The category can also be entered
directly into the Category field.

3. Run the report for
items above a
specific retail price
Enter the retail price above which you want to
list items in the Price greater than field. In
this example, enter “300.”

to run the report for all products.

7. Review the displayed information.
8. If you want to run this report for a specific category, go to Step 9, to run this report
for items above a specific retail price, go to Step 13, to exit this report, go to Step

9. Click
in the Category field and select the desired category from the dropdown list. In this example, select “Rum”.
The category can also be entered directly into the Category field.

11. Review the displayed information.
12. To run this report for items above a specific retail price, go to Step 13, to exit this
report, go to Step 17.

13. Enter the retail price above which you want to list the products in the Price
greater than field. In this example, enter “100.00.”

to run the report.

16. Click any link on the Vendor portal panel to perform another task.
Results
