Meal
We offer fully air-conditioned, separate dormitories for boys and girls.
Students remain under supervision round the clock from experienced and
qualified housemasters. The fee covers costs of room and boarding (seven
days a week during school term excluding holidays and exit weekends).
Students are provided six balanced nutritional meals per day, which includes
breakfast, lunch and dinner, along with snacks & refreshments. Our meal plan
incorporates a balanced diet. Furthermore, three nourishing snacks are also
provided to the students to ensure a nutritious diet for the growing body.

Sports
At PHIS, students get to enjoy a wide range of indoor & outdoor
sporting facilities. We have football and cricket grounds, a basketball
court, tennis court, table tennis, cue sports, swimming pool and a
gymnasium. All these sporting activities are overlooked and instructed by
our trainers.
Medical
24 hour, resident experienced doctors; male & female nurses are available for
regular checkups and emergencies.

Admission fee
$3,500
Admission fee is a fixed fee for students being admitted to Grade 3 through to
Grade 12. It is a one-time payment to be made upon entry to PHIS. It is
considered a long-term investment & contribution for the development of the
school. Admission fee includes School uniform; two (2) sets of school uniform
are provided along with winter and sports uniform.
Re-enrollment
$3,000
Re-enrollment fee will be charged once only in grade 11 thr IB DP program.
Security deposit
Security deposit is refundable if a student wishes to discontinue with the school.
One month notice of intention to withdraw must be given to the school
authority. The refund would only be provided when the management is
confirmed that no mandatory fees are due, textbooks and equipment are
returned and there have been no damages to the school facilities by the student.

Tuck Shop
Discounts

From the tuck shop, students can purchase food items and beverages; it is
open 5 days a week. The shop provides appetizing and nutritious food for
students and is always fully stocked with all quality assured food. PHIS Tuck
shop is “soda free”.
4% discount for half-yearly & 6% discount on tution and other fees for yearly
advance payment.
Sibling discounts
1st sibling – 10% discount on tuition fees only.
2nd sibling – 15% discount on tuition fees only.
3rd sibling – 20% discount on tuition fees only.

• Tuition and other fees are payable in Quarterly or Half yearly basis. PHIS will
provide an invoice for current and new students. All payments must be
paid in One Bank.
• All payment should be made in Bangladeshi Taka for all students at a
quoted bank rate of the day

• Tuition and other fees are payable on a Quarterly or Half yearly basis.
• The installments are required to be paid in June, September, December and
March for the quarterly payment option for the following term. For half
yearly option, the installments are required to be paid in June & December
for the following term.
• Last date of submitting the term fees are on the 9th of every June,
September, December and March of each Academic Year.
• 2% late fee would be charged on monthly tuition and other fees, if the fees
are not deposited by the specified dates.
• Equated monthly installment (EMI) will be charged with the tuition fees if
fees are paid on a monthly basis.
• All fees are excluding VAT.

Refund Policy
• Admission fee is not refundable.
• Tuition fees are non-refundable for those who have attended class for
minimum a period of one week
• Tuition fees are refundable only for the students who pay their fees on a
quarterly basis and have not attended a single class throughout the
quarter.
• Security deposit will be forfeited if the student leaves within the academic
school year. However, deduction will be made if the student does damage
to school property and if there are any tuck shop, library and text book
dues.
• Security deposit is refundable when the student decides to leave after
completion of entire academic session with a notice of 30 days and after all
the pending dues are deducted.
• If the student leaves without prior written notification to the school
management, security deposit will not be refunded.
• The security deposit shall be forfeited if not collected within 6 (six) months
from the date of leaving the school.
• Students must apply for refund to admissions office before 30 days of
departure. Application for TC should be submitted to admissions office
prior 30 days of the scheduled departure.
• It may take up to 90 days to receive the refundable amount.
