Incredible Years - Welcoming and non judgemental 10 week course which supports parents to build on the parenting and
behaviour management skills they already have, through discussions and sharing experiences with other parents. To book a
place please telephone 023 9251 3777.
Me Time - Me Time is a relaxed course using scrapbooking to make your own plan on how to stay well and address those
triggers that can bring you down. Your Health Visitor or the Centre staff can refer you.
Baby Massage - Baby massage is a simple and effective way to strengthen the mother/baby bond and, generally, leads to
healthier, happier babies and parents. The 5 week course will teach you basic, safe strokes whilst building your confidence in
touching your baby. Register your interest online.
HENRY (health, exercise, nutrition in the really young) – 8 week course for families in which we look at a healthier lifestyle
for the whole family, and hopefully give parents the confidence to manage life with young children, and to give them a great
start in life. Crèche places available. Your Health Visitor or the Centre staff can refer you.

Parents Early Education Partnership (PEEP) supports parents to create the best start for their children, by making the most of
everyday learning opportunities through listening, talking, playing, singing and sharing books. PEEP is about valuing and building on
what parents already do, to support their child’s learning and development.
