Please read below how to proceed in order to guarantee a swift and correct settlement. Before sending us the materials, a repair request should be made via our website : www.televic-conference.com/en/rma_form a) The attached form needs to be filled in and returned. When WARRANTY, You will receive this RMA-form back from us mentioning the RMA-number. When out of warranty, You will receive a price indication for the repair, after acceptance of the price you will receive this RMA-form back from us mentioning the RMA-number. b) While sending back defective goods, it is important that the RMA-number is mentioned on the exterior of the box and a copy of the document should be included with the goods; this needs to be within 14 days after the reception of the RMA-number. c) The repair will be executed as soon as possible (in function of availability at the time being). This return will mention the same RMA-number. We invite you to read the attached RMA-conditions for any further information. Before sending back goods for repair or replacing, an application should be made for an RMA-number. In order to get an RMA-number, the form on the other side of this page is to be completed and uploaded on our website. 2. Televic will return your form within 2 working days, mentioning your RMA-number. 3. The RMA-number remains valid for 14 days. After these 14 days, the RMA-number expires. 4. The goods should be sent back well packed (preferably in their original packaging), together with a copy of the fully completed RMA-form. The RMA-number should be mentioned clearly on each delivery note and on the exterior of the shipment box. 5. Delivery- and customs expenses to Televic are always at your expense. Repairs in warranty will be sent back at our expense, with the exception of express deliveries on your specific demand. Repairs not in warranty will always be invoiced, and sent back at your expense. 6. In order to be allowed for warranty repair or replacement, it is very important that you mention the packing slip number and invoice number from the shipment of the original goods. 7.
