BOCA IMPACT FASTPITCH SOFTBALL ASSOCIATION IS
ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS OF ALL INTERESTED
PERSONS WISHING TO COACH FOR THE SPRING TRAVEL
SEASON. ALL PERSONS MUST BE ELIGIBLE PER THE
FOLLOWING LEAGUE GUIDELINES.
The Boca Impact Fastpitch Softball Association’s Board of
Directors must approve all coaches and managers prior to them
coaching on the field.
All managers and coaches must be on the approved coaches list of
the West Boca Diamonds Recreational Softball program and be in
good standing.
All managers and coaches must be Concussion certified

screened and background checked through West Boca Diamond
Recreational Department. Per state of Florida requirements.
All coaches and managers must agree to follow the Boca Impact
Fastpitch Softball Association’s Rules and Bylaws at all times. They
must understand that they are representing an organization and
should do so with the utmost priority of good sportsmanship and
respectable behavior. This is an organization not just a team.
All managers and coaches must agree to commit to the team in
respect that we would like all teams to attend the World Series in
their particular divisions. We would like all teams to be able to go as
far as they are capable of going.

OR HAND DELIVERED TO BLAIR NOVY, by December 30, 2015
or emailed to [email protected].
All new applicants are subject to an interview with the Board of
Directors. All managers, after picking their desired team, must
submit their roster and names of assistant coaches for Board
approval PRIOR to contacting players and coaches. Assistant
coaches must be approved by the Board of Directors and meet the
same guidelines as a manager.
