Professional Development

instructional assistants are given

Assessments
Students are assessed twice a year with state mandated
Desired Results (DRDP) – office supports staff with
inputting and reflection on data – Data analysis
Teachers’ support with implementation of the Quality Rating
Improvement Scale – Each classroom is scored using through
QRIS
Coaching and Development of Improvement Plans of
teachers &Instructional Aides on Environmental Rating Scale
(ECER’s) and the Class Assessment Scoring System
(CLASS).
