Values we follow when staying in a donated space:
1. For Middle School and High School Programs: We will have college leaders and school/program
chaperones with the students at all times to ensure their safety and best behavior throughout the
duration of our stay.
2. Our group is responsible to clean up your area after use. We believe in leaving the place better than
we found it. (Take out garbage, sweep, mop, pick up, turn off lights, etc.)
4. We have a very strict zero tolerance policy with alcohol or drugs regardless of age so there will no
such use on or around facility property.
5. We understand that we may be sharing the facility and will keep the noise to a minimum and will
not have music/loud games/etc. past 11pm.
6. Our group will stay in the areas we are shown and authorized to be in.
In case of cancellation, we will give minimum of one week notice.

Thank you for your time and consideration for allowing our group to use your space. We
appreciate your hospitality towards STLF and our students. We will follow up with this
