As your Staff Governors, we are here to represent you and to take your views and your priorities to the
Trust’s Board of Directors. In doing so, we aim to influence the actions and decisions that are made on
behalf of the Trust. As your elected representatives we are all members of the Trust’s Council of
Governors. We meet regularly with the Trust’s Chairman and sit on a range of Trust committees. We
therefore need you to tell us your views, ideas and concerns so we can ensure we are able to represent
you in the best way possible.
