Such amounts can be used to cover:

The costs related to mobility abroad

The costs related to subsistence abroad

Other activities connected to the project
(e.g. meetings organization, promotion activities etc.)
Important note:
The minimum number of expected mobilities for each partner must
be respected (= 12 travels abroad / 1 participant = 1 travel)
The mobilities have therefore to be distributed for the participation to
the meetings abroad, otherwise the grant will be reduced

The deadline for the submission of the final report to the National Agency is
30th September 2012 in Italy.
It should be the same for other National Agencies (please check)

Certificates of participation issued by the partner hosting the meeting

Proof of travel abroad (e.g. Boarding pass) for each participant
Please note that the National Agency can do, if needed, a further check on the
activities by requesting:

proof of other expenses abroad
(eg. Hotel bills and restaurant bills as a proof of subsistance costs)
-
other costs
We therefore strongly advise you to keep all receipts, bills, proof of
travels and expenses connected to the project activities

Please note that this is the “Calendar” for Italian Beneficiaries: check
