Jack’s Place will be opening for the 2015 season for all your tournament food and beverage needs (pricing available after April). One Person from the outing is to serve as the liaison between your outing and Banner Country Club Tournament Director. No personal coolers will be allowed on the course. No Exceptions. Proper Dress is required. (i.e.: Collared Shirts, No Cut-Offs, etc.) Additional carts are required for outings of 70 players or more. Carts must be reserved at least two weeks prior to the tournament date. One week prior to your outing, contact Tournament Director with final number of players in your event. This is the number of places you reserve and the number you will be billed for. The contract balance will be paid in full the day of the event. No exceptions. Payment is accepted in the form of cash or check. For your convenience we also accept MasterCard, Visa and Discover. However, there will be a 3% surcharge added to the amount paid by credit card transactions. Any taxes will be charged based on current CT tax laws. All food & beverages must be provided by Banner Country Club's Jack's Place, no exceptions (See Attached Price List). All alcohol must be provided by Banner Country Club. In the event no food is needed, a $5 per player food charge will be added. All sponsor signs must be assembled and delivered to Banner Country Club no later than the night before the tournament. All gift bags should be prepared before arriving at Banner Country Club and handed out by your registration staff or placed on carts. All outings must start promptly at their scheduled time. All 18 hole shotgun tournaments or outings must have a minimum of 70 players for weekend events. All events must start before 9:00 A.M.. In the event of tournaments having under the minimum players, Banner Country Club reserves the rights to allow the general public to play on the course as well. For tournaments scored by Banner Country Club, please be prepared to provide us with your foursome several days prior to event. Hole assignments will be determined by Banner Country Club. All ties will be broken by either a card-off starting on the #1 handicap hole (Shot-Gun Starts) or using a USGA back 9,6,3 system (Tee Time Starts).
