CHANGES FOR SEASON 2015-16!
Player’s Registration Process: (The player’s registration form and team list file will be emailed to the team/
club convenor to complete).
 For 2015-16, every player must complete a new player’s registration form. There is a player’s
registration fee of $50 for season 2015-16 (including both Autumn 2015 and Spring 2016).
 For a player to be registered, the player must have completed the new player’s registration form and
have paid the $50 fee.
 No new registration will be accepted after Week 2 unless the team is paying $200HKD to make
changes to the team list.
Please note regarding to team list completion (as per 2014-15 season):
Team List:
1) For each team application, Team List/s must be submitted with the Team Registrations otherwise the
Team Registration will not be accepted. Even if it is a draft Team List. The Team List includes names
of the players in the team, playing history and date of birth.
2) Team List must be finalised by Week 2 of the competition. Teams can re-submit their team list if there
are any changes. No fees will be charged for this change before Week 2.
3) If teams need to change their team list (either adding or changing players) AFTER Week 2 of the
competition, then for each time a team list has to be changed, a fee of $200HKD per list will be
charged towards the team as admin fee. Whether it’s for one or ten changes on the same team list, the
fee will be the same.
1) Team Registration Due Dates: Please include the Team List and Players registration (where needed).
2015 Autumn Competition: Friday 18th September 2015
2016 Spring Competition: Wednesday 27th January 2016
Players must of correct age by December 31 2016:
Netta- U10’s Division: Players must be born in 2006 or after.
U13’s Division: Players must be born in 2003 or after.
U19’s Division: Players must be born in 1997 or after.
2) Season 2015/2016 team registration fee is HK$150 per team, per competition.
3) Cheque should be crossed and made payable to “Hong Kong Netball Association Limited” must be received before
or on the due date. HKNA details on the bottom of the page.
4) A maximum of twelve players are allow on the team list. Additional players must seek approval from JNL organizer.
5) Requests: Teams must put in their ‘No Play Dates’ and any other requests along with the Team Registration and state a
reason for it. HKNA will do their best to accommodate. Maximum of one ‘No play dates’ per competition. Requests
made after the Team Registration due date will unlikely be met. Please see JNL flyer for playing dates.

UMPIRING DUTIES: Each team will have an umpiring duty on a different timeslot for each
game that is played. Please tick ONE of the two options below:
I would like to ask HKNA to find umpires to cover our umpiring duties. I know that training umpires
who are supported by qualified supervisors may be used for JNL competition. (Cash payment of $150
(increased from previous seasons) per game payable on the day).
My team/s will provide a qualified umpire for all the assigned games.
TEAM REQUEST/S: No play dates or timing of games. Please state reason/s. Check flyer for
playing dates.
PAYMENT METHOD: Cross cheques made payable to “Hong Kong Netball Association
Limited” or money transfer to Hong Kong Netball Association : HSBC 411-811375-001. Please
email receipt of transfer to HKNA or JNL Convenor.
