WEDNESDAY, JUNE 8TH
PRACTICE ROUND
Practice Rounds begin at 12:00 NOON.
No tee times required.
Registration begins at the Golf Shop - 12:00 NOON.
THURSDAY, JUNE 9TH
FIRST ROUND & STAG NIGHT
6:30 AM to 10:00 AM
Complimentary continental breakfast served at the Golf Shop.
TEE TIMES
Times will be posted by Tuesday evening on the Club website (www.ccrochester.org), on
Twitter (@ccrinvitation) or call the Golf Shop at 385-1600. Be sure to confirm dinner
reservations for Thursday Stag Dinner and Saturday’s Awards Dinner at the
STARTER’S TABLE.
8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
Refreshments served on the Golf Course.
11:00 AM to 3:00 PM
A la Carte luncheon available in the grill room*.
6:00 PM
STAG NIGHT (Dress Jacket Required)
Cocktails (Chit Bar) & Hors d’oeuvres served on the Terrace.
Dinner in Main Dining Room (open seating). Medalist Trophy presented. PORTS,
CORDIALS, CIGARS. Available in the Hagen Lounge (Chit Bar).
FRIDAY, JUNE 10TH
SECOND ROUND
6:30 AM to 10:00 AM

GOLF RAINDATE
GENERAL INFORMATION
GOLF CARTS – permissible in all flights – including championship flight.
ELECTRONIC RANGE FINDERS – * USGA approved range finders ARE permissible in both Divisions.
SUDDEN DEATH PLAYOFFS
SCRATCH DIVISION – play begins on 1st tee 5:00 PM Thursday for Championship Flight.
MEMBER GUEST – sudden death play begins on 1st hole.
SPIKE POLICY:
Metal spikes are prohibited at The Country Club of Rochester.
Soft spikes are available in the Men’s Locker Room for a nominal fee.
GOLF BAG STORAGE – Golf bag storage is available at the Golf Shop.
GOLF PRACTICE FACILITIES:
Driving Range – Wednesday - Saturday 6:30 AM to 7:30 PM
Putting Green – Wednesday - Saturday; 6:30 AM to dusk
LOCKERS – Lockers are available. See Director of Member Guest Services, Sam Valvo.
CLUB ACCESS – Contestants are permitted full use of the Club’s facilities during the Invitation Tournament.
CHARGING PRIVILEGES – Contestants may charge club purchases to a home club account.
POOL:

Pool hours, weather permitting, are Thursday - Saturday: 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM.
Refreshments available poolside*.
TENNIS – The Country Club has four (4) hard-surface tennis courts, please call 381-1800 for a reservation.
CELLULAR PHONES – The use of cellular phones and other personal communication devices are restricted
(except in the case of a medical emergency) to designated areas on the golf course and Club property.
Everyone is required to silence their cell phones and other devices when at the Club in consideration of
others. Using personal communication devices, including cell phone calls, texting, and other non-verbal communications is
prohibited at the Club EXCEPT: inside personal automobiles, in Club phone booths, in private rooms (during private
functions), in the hallway on the 2nd floor (past elevator), in designated area behind the Golf Course Snack Shop; and in
designated area at driving range (between tee & Elmwood Ave.).
A LA CARTE DINING – We encourage you to use our dining facilities.
Lunch is served Wednesday through Saturday 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM*.
Dinner is served Wednesday and Friday 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM*.
