Nothing in this world is so elusive yet so powerful as our beliefs. They have the power to dictate
the direction of our lives, for good or bad, and they seemingly come out of nowhere. But where
do your beliefs really come from? They are developed as a child and stay with you into
adulthood.
Most people are completely oblivious to the power that their own thoughts have. Beliefs carry
emotion, and emotion becomes action and then they influence the way we live. Whether you
hold negative or positive beliefs about relationships, they all shape the path that is your life.
What are Beliefs?
Beliefs are the thoughts and feelings that influence our behavior, attitude and actions. The beliefs
that affect our lives are either Empowering Beliefs which enable us to lead flourishing lives or
Limiting Beliefs that stop us from achieving our goals or mission
Negative beliefs can be changed; all it takes is digging a little deeper. And in doing so, you can
change the course of your life for the better. Here are the steps to do so:
Step 1: Evaluate the tone of your belief system
Is it good or bad? In other words, do your beliefs serve you positive or negative way? A positive
belief system will get someone to succeed even when the odds are against them. A destructive
belief system keeps a person from achieving success by holding them back. Areas that beliefs

We have no limitations in life. The only limitations we have is ourselves. you may believe you
can’t go any higher than where you are in life. But is that really true? Your brain doesn't know
what is true or not, only what you tell it.
Which beliefs are you ready to destroy? Which will you embrace?
