Project Officer (Insight)
Reports To:
Senior Project Officer
Job Purpose:
 To provide insight to inform and measure the impact of The FA National Game Youth Council’s action plan and work with the team to provide future recommendations

Key Accountabilities:
1. To lead review/insight process following every National Game Youth Council event/project
2. Support Regional Engagement Officers in gaining a National Picture of the impact of CYP/Youth Council Network Nationally
3. To conduct insight projects into the training needs of The FA National Game Youth Council and National Youth Council/SMT network
4. To co-ordinate allocated projects in accordance with Youth Council processes, to provide a very high level of service to Youth Council members and external
stakeholders
5. Work closely with The FA Head of Customer Insight to obtain a full awareness of the young person focussed insight work already produced by The FA
6. Contribution into team planning including attendance at events and team meetings
7. Complete regular personal development reviews
8. To co-ordinate allocated projects in accordance with Youth Council processes, to provide a very high level of service to Youth Council members and external stakeholders
9. Establish good relationships with all stakeholders, in particular other Youth Council colleagues, RA FA Youth Council, County FAs and relevant key external partners i.e.
Charter Standard Clubs
10. Represent the Youth Council at National events, FA and external as and when required to do so
11. To be a spokesperson for the FANG Youth Council and positive role model at all times
12. Live The FA Football Futures Values of Excellence, Pride, Integrity and Collaboration
13. Achieve a personal fundraising target of £200 and contribute to The FA National Game Youth Council’s team fundraising initiatives
14. To undertake any other Youth Council duties as may be reasonably required
