RSA 214:5-b
A nonresident full-time student in a public or private high school, post graduate program, or post secondary educational
institution in New Hampshire, may purchase a license for hunting and fishing at resident rates. Student must be registered for
at least 12 credit hours per semester and show proof of his or her status by furnishing a valid student identification card. This
license is only available at N.H. Fish and Game Department Headquarters in Concord.
